Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our aesthetician and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the full service cost.
• No-shows (failure to show up for your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the full service cost.
